I was completely blown away by the exceptional service at this hotel. Not only did they go above and beyond to return a piece of jewellery I had forgotten, but they also provided top-notch ironing facilities which came in handy during my stay for a business conference. the heating in the room was perfect, keeping me warm and cozy throughout my visit. the dining table was perfect for enjoying meals brought in from the local eateries like Maud's and Panky Doos, and the free toiletries provided added a luxurious touch. the availability of a washing machine and dryer made it convenient to freshen up my clothes after a long day of exploring the nearby attractions like Morelli's and Urban. the fully equipped kitchen with cookware and kitchen utensils, along with an electric kettle for making tea and coffee, made me feel right at home. the flat-screen TV in the room was a nice touch for unwinding in the evenings. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail and exceptional amenities provided by this hotel, making my stay truly memorable and exceeding all my high expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
